My aim is to ensure you have the completed paperwork, information, tools and structure you need to run smoothly and effectively. The result? A well oiled machine, a paperless office and a wealth of in-house knowledge. You can concentrate on delivering the important stuff: your services and products.

I’m a fixer. If I can’t do it for you, I definitely know somebody who can. Things that give you a headache, are the things that make me tick. I love unscrambling the boring. complicated and confusing bits that you just don’t have time for.
I have worked with and helped hundreds of small organisations across the voluntary and private sectors for nearly 20 years. I am an experienced trouble-shooter, jargon translator, problem-solver, volunteer manager, and trainer. I am an expert in crisis management, conflict control, health and safety, GDPR, and long-term sustainability. I can also guide you through the maze of setting up an organisation, governance, data protection, website building and maintenance, safeguarding, office systems, volunteer recruitment and management, charity registration, and project development. And that’s just for starters.
I ensure that organisations are up to date, co-ordinated, strategic, viable, and legal. I can cross the i’s and dot the t’s and untangle everything in-between. I provide a fresh set of eyes, and am an expert in identifying current and potential complications, issue and obstacles and helping solve them. I can help you worry less about the dull and complicated things – I do the tricky stuff so you don’t have to. I can train your staff and brief your organisation, I even write handbooks!
